PUTNAM NEW ENGLAND RYE WHISKEY COCKTAILS

PUTNAM OLD FASHIONED (Maple)

2 oz Putnam New England Rye Whiskey
¼ oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries on a skewer for garnish

Combine rye, maple syrup, and bitters in a rocks glass with ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with cherries on a skewer.

PUTNAM MANHATTAN

3 oz Putnam New England Rye Whiskey
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Grenadine
3 dash Orange Bitters
2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries for garnish on a skewer.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and stir until chilled. Strain either straight up into a martini glass or into a rocks glass with one larch chunk of ice.

1.5 oz Putnam New England Rye Whiskey
Ginger Ale
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

Pour rye into an ice filled rocks glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

BOSTON TEA PARTY

2 oz Putnam New England Rye Whiskey
1 oz Sweetened Iced Tea
Drizzle of Maple Syrup
1 dash Orange Bitters
1 dash Peychauds Bitters
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry for garnish
1 Orange slice for garnish

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled rocks glass and stir until chilled. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and orange slice.

1.5 oz Cold Espresso
1.5 oz Seymours Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz Seymours Maple Cream Liqueur
¾ oz Lawleys Dark New England Spirit
¾ oz Autocrat Coffee Syrup
3 Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with espresso beans.

1.5 oz Seymours Coffee Liqueur
1.5 oz Seymours Maple Cream Liqueur
5 oz Fresh Brewed Coffee
Dollop of fresh whipped cream on top (if desired)

1 oz Spirit of Boston New World Tripel
1 oz Secret Sauce
4 oz Buffalo Betty Bloody Mary Mix (Marys spicier sister)
Celery Stick for garnish
Carrot Stick for garnishCombine all ingredients in a tin and mix. Pour over ice in a glass. Garnish with carrot and celery stick, or let your imagination go wild.
NEW WORLD SLING
1 ½ oz Spirit of Boston New World Tripel
Squeeze of Lemon
¼ oz Turbinado Simple Syrup
Top off with Ginger Ale (about 6 oz)Fill a pint glass with ice and add New World Tripel, Lemon, and syrup. Top with ginger ale and stir.
NEW WORLD DAIQUIRI
1 ½ oz Spirit of Boston New World Tripel
1 oz Lawleys Original New England Spirit
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with a lime wheel floated in top.
MERRY MAKER
¾ oz Merry Maker Spirit of Boston
1/3 oz Rose Syrup (Hibiscus Flowers in Rose Syrup)
3 dashed Rhubarb Bitters (Fee Brothers)
Brut Champagne
Hibiscus Flower for garnish
Combine Merry Maker, rose syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
GINGER BOMB
1.5 oz Spirit of Boston Merry Maker
Ginger Ale
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
Pour Merry Maker into an ice filled rocks glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry infused Lawleys Original (proofed down)
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1 Lime Wheel for garnish
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with lime wheel and cherry.
BOSTON RUM PUNCH
2 oz Lawleys Dark New England Spirit
2 oz Lawleys New England Spirit – Original
Turbinado Syrup
Equal parts: Orange & Cranberry Juices
2 Dashes Fresh Lime Juice
Top off with Raspberry Seltzer
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Lawleys, syrup, citrus juices and stir. Top with raspberry seltzer. Garnish with an orange and/or lime wheel.

Combine in an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain into ice filled collins glass. Top with freshly whipped cream and nutmeg.

SAGE ADVICE

2 oz Putnam New England Rye Whiskey
½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Sage Leaves

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake until combined. Strain through a fine strainer into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.

MASTER CLEANSE

1 ½ oz Lawley’s Classic New England Spirit
¾ oz Maple Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Kombucha
½ of a Seeded Jalapeño

Muddle jalapeño in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add Lawley’s, maple simple, lemon juice, and ice, shake until combined. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with kombucha. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño and lemon twist.
