Boozy Chocolate Pudding
2 cups whole milk
1 cup Boston Harbor Maple Cream Liqueur
1 5-oz package Jell-O Cook & Serve chocolate pudding
2 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup boozy whipped cream, for topping (optional)
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, BHD Maple Cream, pudding mix and chocolate. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until the pudding is smooth and thick. Transfer to a bowl and press a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the pudding. Refrigerate until cold and serve.
