A traditional New England-style Rum distilled in our Vendome copper pot still from 100% molasses. Very balanced with earthy flavors, subtle spice, tropical fruit and vanilla notes.
Lawley’s Light Rum, a new coastal standard, derived from our region’s rich Rum making heritage, is an excellent canvas for fresh fruit and citrus driven cocktails. Bottled at 80 proof.
