Since 1859 the site of our brick and beam distillery has been a hub of entrepreneurial commerce and prolific thinking. The world famous, George Lawley & Sons Shipyard, builders of America’s Cup winning yacht, the Puritan, which graces our label, occupied the distillery’s very same location and built mine sweepers for WWII in it. Lawley’s Nautical line of fresh botanical Gin, New England-style Rums and 100% Wheat Vodka, salutes the boldness and tenacity of the entrepreneurs and sailors of yesteryear with a nod to the original American spirit made right here in New England…
