A tropical classic

Glassware: Collins Glass

Garnish: Grate fresh nutmeg on top

Ingredients

1 .5 oz. Lawley's Light Rum
2 oz. Pineapple/Coco Lopez mix
Lawley's Dark rum float

*Make it fiery by adding 0.5 oz Demon Seed Whiskey (lower the light rum to 1 oz)

Instructions

Combine light rum and mix to a shaker tin with ice.
Shake to combine and chill.
Strain over fresh ice
Float dark rum on top

To make Pineapple/Coco Lopez mix: Combine 1 part pineapple juice to 1 part Coco Lopez coconut cream. Stir or shake well.
