The Greenway

A cocktail that celebrates our new home on the Rose Kennedy Greenway! A refreshing, crisp Summertime sipper!

Glassware: Collins Glass

Garnish: Cucumber wheel

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Pear Gin

½ oz Elderflower

2 oz Cucumber juice

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

Top with soda water

Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaker tin with ice.
Shake to combine and chill.
Strain over fresh ice.
Top with soda water.
