The Story

This special release was created in partnership with Irene Tan of Whisky Mentors. Our Putnam American Single Malt Whiskey was aged for 5 years in oak barrels, 14 months of this time the spirit was in an ex-rum barrel. This is a Bottled in Bond release, bottled at 100 proof and aged for at least 4 years.

This American Single Malt opens with inviting aromas of dried fruit, toasted almonds, and rich baker’s chocolate. On the palate, layers of dark fruit and nutty sweetness unfold with remarkable balance, leading to an opulent, lingering finish that is both elegant and satisfying.
